Abstract

The development of digital technology provides great opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to increase competitiveness and expand market reach through digital marketing strategies. However, many SMEs still face obstacles in utilizing digital marketing due to limited knowledge, skills, and resources. This community service activity aims to provide digital marketing assistance and training to UD FF Tirta, a gallon water distributor agent in East Jakarta. The training program includes an introduction to digital marketing strategies, utilization of social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business), creation of attractive marketing content, and optimization of marketplaces and other digital platforms. The implementation method includes coordination with partners, needs analysis, preparation of materials, theoretical and practical training, and evaluation of activity results. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding and skills of employees at UD FF Tirta in managing business social media, creating digital promotional content, and utilizing paid advertising features to reach a wider market. This training has a positive impact on marketing effectiveness, increasing business visibility, and expanding customer reach. With the implementation of the right digital marketing strategy, UD FF Tirta East Jakarta is expected to be able to increase competitiveness and business growth in the digital era.
